A Revolutionary Immersive Stage
At the heart of NFC Summit 2025 was its state-of-the-art 270-degree immersive stage, featuring five high-definition screens that enveloped attendees in a dynamic fusion of digital art, live performances, and interactive gaming sessions. This first-of-its-kind setup transformed traditional conference formats, offering a sensory-rich environment where artists like Bryan Birkman, Hackatao, and FvckRender showcased mesmerising digital creations. The Tonight Show with Benny Red Beard
A highlight of the summit was “The Tonight Show, ”a vibrant late-night-style event hosted by digital artist Benny Red Beard in collaboration with 100 Collectors and powered by One Source.
Held on June 4, the show featured eccentric artist interviews, live music, comedy sketches, and animations, captivating audiences with its unique blend of Web3 culture and entertainment. Benny Red Beard’s charismatic hosting, combined with the community-driven spirit of 100 Collectors, made it a standout moment, fostering connections among artists, collectors, and enthusiasts. “It was a night of pure Web3 energy: raw, creative, and unforgettable.”
Container Galleries: A First-of-Its-Kind Showcase
NFC Summit 2025 debuted the innovative Container Galleries, a groundbreaking outdoor exhibition featuring four shipping containers transformed into immersive art spaces. Curated by industry leaders OpenSea, Tezos, Vivid, and Magic Eden, these galleries showcased a diverse array of digital art, including live paintings, immersive projections, and unique installations. The collaboration brought together Ethereum-based art communities and the burgeoning Bitcoin Ordinals movement, creating a dynamic bridge between Web3 ecosystems. “The Container Galleries were a vibe; projections and live art made every corner feel alive,” shared @YusufGemz on X. This activation underscored NFC’s commitment to reimagining how digital art is experienced in physical spaces.
CryptoStamp Corner: Redefining Philately
For the first time, NFC Summit introduced the CryptoStamp Corner, a pioneering initiative that merged blockchain technology with the timeless world of philately. Featuring participation from global postal services such as La Poste, Portuguese Post, Deutsche Post, Swiss Post, and Austrian Post, as well as Adphile and Ciphers.me, the corner offered attendees an interactive exploration of crypto-stamps digital collectibles on the blockchain. Spearheaded by philately expert Swanee and top collector Luc Mangin, this activation captivated attendees, showcasing how Web3 can revolutionize traditional industries. “The CryptoStamp Corner was a fascinating blend of old and new, opening up philately to a new generation,” noted a participant.
Closing Beach Party at Waikiki Beach Club
The summit concluded with an unforgettable 12-hour beach party on June 6 at the Waikiki Beach Club in Costa da Caparica, co-organised by The Sandbox. Set against the backdrop of Lisbon’s stunning coastline, the “Tulum-style” event featured top DJs, immersive visuals, and networking opportunities, bringing together Web3 visionaries, artists, and enthusiasts. With performances that blended electronic music with Web3 aesthetics, the party encapsulated the festival’s vibrant spirit. “The beach party was the perfect finale: sun, sand, and Web3 innovation all in one.”
Eight Events, One Ticket
NFC Summit 2025’s unique “one ticket, eight events” format delivered a diverse lineup, including MemeCon, Ordinals Lisbon, TONNE of People, Chilibangs Fest, Red Beard x 100C, and the main Non-Fungible Conference. These programmes covered critical Web3 themes such as memecoins and gaming, with participation from industry giants like OpenSea, The Sandbox, Tezos, CoinMarketCap, and S.L. Benfica. While MemeCon explored the cultural impact of internet memes in crypto. Ordinals Lisbon bridged Bitcoin and Ethereum communities, reinforcing NFC’s role as a hub for cross-chain collaboration.
